These terms govern your use of MixDeck at crossmix.site. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
MixDeck lets you play and mix YouTube videos in your browser. Audio and video are streamed by YouTube’s embedded player; MixDeck does not download, store, host or redistribute any media. Your use of YouTube content through MixDeck is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and you are responsible for having the right to play and perform anything you mix, including in public.
Accounts
You can use the free console without an account. Signing in with Google saves your crate and is required to buy Pro. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
MixDeck Pro
- Pro costs $4.99 per month (plus any applicable taxes) and adds decks C & D, hot cues, beat loops and beat repeat.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; their terms apply to the purchase.
- The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Pricing section on the site. After cancelling you will not be charged again and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial months.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, bypass payment, access other users’ data, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights.
Availability and changes
MixDeck is provided “as is”. Playback depends on YouTube and on each video’s embedding settings, which we do not control. We may change, suspend or discontinue features; if we discontinue Pro we will stop billing and refund any unused prepaid period.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MixDeck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using MixDeck and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
